Shipping Policy
All items are shipped on a next day service.
UK and EU address' will be shipped via DPD.
All other address' will be shipped via Royal Mail.
Tracking numbers will always be provided.
Free Delivery to all Uk address'.
We cannot deliver to PO BOX address'.
We at 'LikeGem' promise that we will give a partial refund and/or full store credit, if any issues arise (should any arise) regarding transit i.e damage, misplacement.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Policy If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer returns or exchanges within 28 days of receiving your order.
You can return your product for a different product, or a refund/partial refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
● Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
● Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
● Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Contact us via the ‘Returns’ page, please provide your order number
2. Tell us the product/s you wish to return or exchange from your order
3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
4. Send all items back to us using the label provided
Additional Information:
● You will receive your refund, partial refund or replacement product once the item is received back to us, providing the product/s are as detailed above in our exceptions section.
● Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay only if out of Europe. Other regions, we will cover the shipping fee and provide you the prepaid label. ● Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay.
● Damaged returns; We require proof of purchase and proof of damage. Potential outcome of damaged returns; refund, partial refund or replacement product.
● Lost returns; We require proof of purchase, we will then investigate the matter with yourself (customer) and our courier service and email you the outcome within 7-10 working days. Potential outcomes of lost returns; refund, partial refund or replacement order.
