Due to stock availability, we are unable to make certain changes to orders once they have been placed, this includes items and delivery.
f you require a shipping address change, you can either complete this through the DPD app OR an alternative is to contact us (requiring that your item/s are currently in transit) and we can request the change of address.
We are unable to deliver on public holidays, any orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched the following working day .
A signature is not required for UK deliveries. You can request for your parcel to be left with your neighbour, or in a safe place!
All parcels are sent on a fully traceable service, you will receive a confirmation email once your items have been dispatched of which will include your individual tracking number.
We are currently unable to deliver to PO BOX areas.
