As you may have noticed if you have popped by my blog. I am a qualified personal trainer and nutrition advisor. I have been since 2014 and will continue to do so as I LOVE to help people!
I provide online coaching/lifestyle coach services online worldwide and at home personal training sessions in and around Cardiff, UK.

How does online coaching work?
The way it works is; You decide which online coaching package you would like to enrol in with myself (You can contact me before hand with any extra questions you may have before you decide). Once you purchase one of my online fitness plans, I will then contact you with a health questionnaire. I need this questionnaire filled in in as much depth as possible to ensure I can assess your goals, current situation etc. and which course of action would be best for you, also whether flexible nutrition or a fixed plan would be better for you. Once assessed, I will then give you the time frame of which you can expect to receive your plan via email. (This is never longer than 5 working days).

Once you receive your plan, you will then need to let me know when you intend on starting your plan. Once you start your plan, you will have weekly check ins with me via email. The more you keep me up to date with your progress, the more I am able to help you as I will have more knowledge of what is working for you and what isn't.

Once you do come on board with me, you also gain exclusive and lifelong access to my online coaching portal which is available to clients only.
This will enable you to learn at your own pace and includes lessons such as;
Teaching in depth nutrition
Macronutrients
How to calculate your own calories
Grocery List
.......The list is endless!!

Flexible Nutrition
​
The 'flexible nutrition' option I mentioned above, or as I like to call it (IIFYM) If it fits your macros option tends to work best for the majority of my clients.
​
Why?
​
Most of my clients thus far cannot maintain their healthy lifestyle with the same foods day in and day out.
We tend to find this elevates any underlying eating issues/disorders and as we know, ED's are not something to take lightly.
​
The 'IIFYM' option enables clients to eat what they want (within reason of course!) and teaches life long habits, not only for your body goals, but for your health (even mentally!)

It's all and well that majority of you may know 'Your body is calories in vs calories out' but to someone who is not fully educated in regards to nutrition, this doesn't mean all that much apart from, 'So all I have to do is count my calories?'. Well, you need to figure out your TDEE (Total daily energy expenditure) FIRST in order to find out how many calories you need to consume during each day.

Yes, calories have a huge part to play in regards to being overweight or not etc but, what about your health? Eating McDonald's every single day whilst in a caloric deficit, YES you'll lose weight, but your internal health? Wouldn't be pretty.
​

This is where macro-nutrients come into play. You need to ensure the correct levels of each macro to get to the goals you wish.
​
I teach you in depth 'macros' when you come on board.
​
​
Another silver lining to this method is, you find out what works best for your body. You find out if you're more carb sensitive as opposed to fats for example. You find out what foods bloat you etc - I hope you get the jist.
